Where is my order?
After dispatch you will receive an email with a track & trace link from PostNL or DHL. Haven’t received it? Check your spam folder or contact us.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 17:00 are shipped the same day. You will receive your package the next business day — on average 1–2 business days after ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is only possible within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been confirmed and dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible — please use the return procedure instead.
How do returns work?
You can return products within 14 days. Send an email to info@noctisessentials.nl with your order number and reason. You will receive a free return label.
