Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. At Noctis, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days.
How to return an item
Returns are easy and free within the Netherlands and Belgium. Just follow these steps:
- Contact us – Email us at info@noctisessentials.nl with your order number and (optionally) the reason for return.
- Receive instructions – We’ll manually send you the return instructions and shipping label.
- Package your item carefully – Preferably in the original packaging.
- Ship your return – Drop off the parcel at the designated location.
- Receive your refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
Exchanges
Want a different product or color? Return your item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, your payment will be refunded within 5 business days to the original payment method.
