Delivery

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. If you’re ordering from another country, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your location.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders placed before 17:00 are shipped the same day. In most cases, you will receive your package the next working day. We ship all orders via PostNL and DHL. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow the delivery.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your package was damaged during shipping, please notify us as soon as you receive it. Send an email to info@noctisessentials.nl with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll make sure to resolve it quickly.

Can I pick up my order?

No, unfortunately that’s not possible. Our warehouse is optimized for shipping only, and we do not offer local pickup at this time.
