At Noctis, we care deeply about your privacy. This privacy policy applies to the use of our website and the services offered through it by Noctis. This policy is effective as of 03-05-2024. With the publication of a new version, all previous versions become void. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect it from misuse, and what rights you have concerning the data you share with us.

Website software
Our webshop is built with WordPress. The personal data you provide for our services is managed and stored on our servers. We may use third-party (technical) support, including the WordPress community or hosting services such as WordPress.com by Automattic.
If we use Automattic services (WordPress.com), Automattic may have access to your data for support purposes. Automattic will never use your data for purposes other than providing the requested support. Automattic is contractually obligated to take appropriate security measures. These may include SSL encryption, strong password policies, and secure data storage.
Our organization also implements its own security measures, such as SSL encryption and a strict password policy. We adhere to legally required retention periods for personal data.
Payment processing
We use WooPayments to process part of the payments in our webshop. WooPayments processes your name, address, and payment information such as your bank or credit card details. WooPayments takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. They may use your data to improve their services and share anonymized data with third parties for this purpose. WooPayments only stores your data for the legally required duration.
Shipping & logistics
To deliver your order, we use the services of PostNL and DHL. We share your name and address with these carriers. They only use this information for delivery purposes. If PostNL or DHL uses subcontractors, your data may also be shared with them.
Marketing
To improve our marketing campaigns, we use customer and visitor behavior data to personalize and optimize ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Pinterest.
